This is how I do my eye makeup: I apply skin colour base on my eyelids, then I use black shadow for my cat eye look I apply it with small angled brush, I add some white shadow in the corners of my eyes and after all that I apply mascara of course. That is pretty much it, I hope it will help you. :) xx
